Arvetta Jideonwo, MHA, CSSGB, CFRE, joined CREA LLC in 2021. CREA LLC is one of the nation’s largest financial syndicators in the affordable housing industry, closing over $1.1B in deals on an annually. Since 2001, CREA has raised and closed over $8.3 billion in LIHTC equity in 48 states, 1 U.S. territories and DC, representing more than 65,000 affordable housing units.

As the company’s chief philanthropic leader, overseeing CREA Foundation, Inc. administration and strategic investments through grant and scholarship initiatives, as well as corporate philanthropy, volunteerism, and community engagement efforts. Her 20 years of executive-level experience within a variety of leadership roles and industries includes executive roles in the health administration at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, IU Bloomington Hospital, and Ascension St. Vincent Bedford Hospital.

Jideonwo also held leadership roles at Ivy Tech Community College, Project Lead The Way, and most recently served as Executive Director for top-performing non-profit foundation, Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation where she increased its endowment from $2.5M to $13M in eight years through strategic fundraising efforts. Arvetta holds a Bachelor’s in Community Health from Indiana State University, a Master’s in Health Administration from Indiana University, and a Non-Profit Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Jideonwo is also an adjunct faculty member for The Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
