Gabriel Troncoso, CPM® is the founder and principal of Dimes Capital Group LLC, a NY-based private real estate investment company specializing in value-add multifamily. The firm focuses on the Southeast and New York markets with $14MM AUM.

Prior to launching Dimes Capital Group, Gabriel spent 12 years with The Domain Companies. As Director of Property Management, he was responsible for $400MM in rental communities and created the operating budgets for more than $1B in new development. He successfully spearheaded the lease-up of more than 600 newly constructed apartments in New York and Utah and oversaw multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects. Under his leadership, NOI growth outperformed across a 1,700-unit portfolio made up of market rate, LIHTC, and senior housing apartments contributing to $150MM+ in successful dispositions and refinanced loans.

Gabriel is an expert at maximizing property performance and enhancing operating efficiency at the portfolio and organizational levels. He is knowledgeable in budget creation, debt placement, private equity syndication, community marketing and rebranding, construction management, rent control, tenant relations, LIHTC compliance, energy conservation, and risk management.

With almost two decades in the commercial real estate industry, Gabriel brings a prominent level of operational experience to his team and investors. He is a Certified Property Manager®, Real Estate Broker, Project REAP alum, ULI NEXT selectee, and holds a BA in Economics from the City University of New York - City College. Gabriel advocates for DE+I in the CRE industry, Multiple Sclerosis, and Congenital Heart Defect awareness, and youth mentorship. Gabriel volunteers with Project REAP, IREM, ULI, BUILD, and The National MS Society.
