Greg Boler serves as Managing Director, Eastern Region for Bridge Logistics Properties. In this role, he is responsible for leading his team in sourcing and executing value-add acquisitions and developments across Top Tier markets from Georgia to Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

For most of his career, Greg has focused on the Industrial Warehouse Sector and has sourced and executed more than 15M SF of development, which is equivalent to $2B of stabilized value.

Prior to joining Bridge, Greg served as a Logistics Group Partner at Transwestern Development Company (TDC), a private national development platform. From 2019 through 2022, he increased development pipeline growth from 3M SF to 8M SF in the Eastern and Central Pennsylvania Market. From 2016 to 2018, Greg was instrumental in supporting the East Region’s growth from Florida, including two markets, to seven markets within five states. The development team’s deployment increased from $50M to $330M.

Notably, he is actively involved with the NAIOP Georgia Chapter serving as the Education Chair, which includes chairing the Annual School Challenge and founding the Diversity Internship Program. Greg is also involved in Mentorship and Community Service through Emerging 100 of Atlanta, a younger auxiliary of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, and has completed the LEAD Atlanta Leadership Program in 2020. He has also been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a CRE Up and Comer and as 40 under 40.

Greg received his Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he was a walk-on four-year letterman linebacker.
