John leads new store development for Starbucks in Manhattan and manages the real estate needs of a portfolio consisting of 200 stores. His career spans 20 years in commercial real estate, leading the market expansion and new store development on both the tenant & landlord side of the transaction. John has spearheaded the new store roll-outs for companies such as: Five Guys; Potbelly Sandwich Shop; Le Pain Quotidien; and New York Sports Clubs.
He has been responsible for every aspect of the new store development process, including: market planning; site selection; lease negotiations; overseeing design & construction; and coordinating opening efforts. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a NY State Real Estate Salesperson License.
