Joseph is currently the Store Development Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. In this role, he is responsible for the new store openings and relocations in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Prior to Starbucks, Joseph managed the Mid-Atlantic region’s new store growth for AutoZone, Inc. He has twenty-three years of professional experience in commercial real estate, strategic urban planning, property development, and marketplace trends. He also possesses a broad understanding of public sector economic and real estate development strategies on the Federal, State, and Local levels.
